Who We Are

Twin Cities Autism Therapy Center Inc. is a Saint Paul–based autism therapy provider dedicated to helping children and young adults with autism build communication, independence and confidence. Our clinicians and behavior professionals partner closely with families, schools and care teams so progress made in therapy carries into daily life at home and in the community.

About the EIDBI Benefit

The Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI) benefit provides treatment for people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related conditions. Treatment is based on proven methods, and the values, culture and preferences of the person and family.

Center & Clinic
School & Community

We provide services in a center, clinic, home, office or community setting, including schools. Some EIDBI services may also be provided via telehealth.

Comprehensive Multi-Disciplinary Evaluation (CMDE)

Evaluates or confirms a diagnosis of ASD or a related condition and establishes medical need.

Individual, Group & High-Intensity Intervention

Treatment based on proven methods and shaped by the values, culture and preferences of the person and family.

Family & Caregiver Training

Education, training and support so caregivers can carry skills into everyday routines.

Individual Treatment Plan (ITP)

Outlines the goals, intensity and duration of the services a person is recommended to receive.

Care Conference Meetings

Coordination across service providers and with the family to keep everyone aligned.

Observation & Direction

Ongoing observation to determine program modifications as your child progresses.

Eligibility & Location

Who Qualifies

A person is eligible to receive EIDBI services if they meet all of the following criteria:

  • Has autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or a related condition
  • Has had a comprehensive multi-disciplinary evaluation (CMDE) that establishes medical need for EIDBI services
  • Is enrolled in Medical Assistance (MA) or other qualifying health care programs
  • Is under age 21
